A leading HR firm based in Singapore is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. You will collaborate with hiring managers, support new hire orientation programs, and maintain essential employee records. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong knowledge of HR laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Source, screen, and interview applicants in line with requirements prior to submitting resumes to the hiring in‑charge, managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and participate in interviews as needed.
Manage the recruitment module and related processes.
Support orientation programs for new hires, including both onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain records of employees’ essential certifications and arrange for training when required.
Handle employees’ HR‑related queries and disciplinary matters.
Assist and support training administration and staff welfare initiatives.
Undertake any HR initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant HR‑related legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and Word.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
