Key Responsibilities
Talent Programs Recruitment
  • Lead the company's early careers agenda by managing flagship programs (ULIP and UFLP) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring seamless experiences for interns
  • Administer and maintain Talent Acquisition platforms (e.g., Workday) and data, ensuring accurate job postings, candidate data management, and compliance with internal processes and external statutory requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely approvals
  • Track, measure, and report on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and programme outcomes.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and support assessment administration
  • Liaise with vendors, operations team and internal partners to resolve queries, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth collaboration for recruitment and early careers program delivery
  • Own budget management, invoicing operations, payments, data management in compliance with internal systems and processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
Talent Partnering
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver engaging and meaningful early careers employee experience from demand planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, capability building, performance management and offboarding
  • Strengthen employer brand by supporting campus engagement and content development to enhance recruitment campaigns, candidate engagement and program visibility

  • has prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment, employer branding, preferably in an MNC or matrixed environment.
