Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team within the Group HR function, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of talent acquisition services across the organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, candidate sourcing, and selection processes, to attract and secure top talent for the bank.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the organization's talent needs and design tailored recruitment solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the overall talent acquisition function.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering their professional development and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in talent acquisition, and adapt the bank's strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall HR strategy, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with the organization's business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with the organization's business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and HR partners.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR technology and tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
