Talent Acquisition Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
2. Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview arrangements, feedback, and selection outcomes.
3. Onboarding Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to support new hire readiness.
- Manage pre-boarding tasks such as document collection, preparation of equipment and access, and orientation scheduling.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a structured and engaging onboarding experience.
4. Employer Branding & Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
- Create or coordinate recruitment marketing content for social media, job portals, and career pages.
- Organise and represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry engagements.
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance the employer brand and recruitment visibility.
5. TA Reporting, Analytics & Metrics
- Track, analyse, and report key recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-fill
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Candidate pipeline conversion rates
- Source effectiveness and ROI
- New hire retention within 3–6 months
- Prepare monthly or quarterly TA dashboards to support HR strategic planning.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal audit and regulatory requirements.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain proper and updated recruitment and employee documentation in line with policies and legal standards.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment policies, workflows, and tools.

- You have 1–2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience — agency or in‑house — ideally hiring for digital, creative, or tech roles.
- You love working in a fast‑moving, creative environment where ideas move quickly and every hire makes a visible impact.
- You’re a proactive connector — someone who enjoys networking, pitching opportunities, and building long‑term relationships.
- You’re organised, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple requisitions and personalities at once.
