We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead, Singapore.

This critical role is responsible for leading our team leaders and recruiters to meet the business Demand Plan and integrate our recruitment practice into the broader Enterprise Talent strategy. This role ensures exceptional service delivery through amplifying hiring for skills and Human Hiring for all stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leads and recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Demand Plan Fulfillment: Ensure the recruitment team effectively fulfills the Demand Plan by working across the service delivery model.
  • Source Mix Management: Manage and optimise the mix of sourcing channels to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Enterprise Talent Transformation: Lead transformation and change with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Financial & Budget Management: Responsible for driving cost discipline aligned to the centralised recruitment FRP.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to align talent acquisition with business growth objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Interpret recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and align talent acquisition with business growth objectives.

  • Strong track record of leading successful recruitment and sourcing teams.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills – proved ability to build trust, align priorities, and drive results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment initiatives with business growth goals.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of talent management strategies including succession management.
