Job summary
A leading marketing agency in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Support role. The candidate will assist the sales team, manage marketing events, and handle documentation. A diploma in marketing is required, along with proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Experience in retail or fashion will be prioritized. A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- At least a diploma in marketing is required.
- Relevant experience in marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for document processing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for planning meetings.
- Assist the sales team with marketing activities.
- Support marketing events and exhibitions.
Skills
Education
- Prepare materials for planning meetings
- Assisting and supporting the sales team with marketing activities
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Uploading marketing materials to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing
- Relevant experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
- Positive working attitude is required
- Experience in Retail / Fashion Industry will be prioritizedAble to start work immediately
