A leading supplier of musical instruments in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to support their growth. You will collaborate with the Director on sales strategies, conduct digital marketing, and manage customer relationships both B2B and B2C. The ideal candidate has a diploma in business/marketing, communication skills, and a passion for the wind instrument industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Good team player who can also work independently.
• Creative individual with a problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for the wind instrument industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn in a small business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with the Director.
• Conduct digital marketing including website and social media updates.
• Run promotional campaigns and assist at events.
• Manage B2B sales creating quotations for key clients.
• Handle B2C customer enquiries and in-store sales.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive at ACCENT Musical Equipment Pte Ltd.

• Work closely with the Director to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Digital marketing including updating of website, marketplaces and social media pages
• Run promotional campaigns and assist at events
• Sales responsibilities include serving both B2B and B2C customers
• B2B sales: creating quotations and maintaining business relationship with key clients
• B2C sales: answering customer enquiries and in-store sales

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Creative and with a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for the wind instrument industry, playing an instrument is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks in a small business environment
