• Oversee and streamline critical payment operations for trade and non-trade transactions.
• Spearhead process improvements and finance enhancement projects to boost operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and manage the comprehensive credit control process.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering high-quality output and professional growth.
• Manage timely statutory submissions, including yearly e-commission to IRAS and quarterly GST returns.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience in Finance Operations is essential.
• A track record of successful finance transformation or enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or a strong readiness to step into a team leadership role.
• Ideally, prior experience within the insurance industry.
