Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the information counter and assist customers with inquiries and mall promotions.
  • Provide feedback management through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
  • Assist in creating duty rosters and supervising the customer service team.
  • Train new staff on customer service policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of promotional merchandise.
  • Coordinate tenant requests for technical assistance with security.
  • Handle daily redemptions and settlements for the Gift Voucher program and manage sales transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 'N', 'O', 'A', or Diploma level qualification.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in frontline customer service or the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong passion for customer service with effective customer handling abilities.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
