Job description

Looking to recruit an experienced IT Operations Manager with strong expertise in network, systems, servers, and IT security to support and enhance technology operations within the retail domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure across multiple retail locations and enterprise systems. You will be an SME and leading a small team under Singapore region.

1. Oversee IT operations including network administration, system management, server maintenance.

2. Implement and maintain IT security compliance and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, COBIT).

3. Manage security controls, system hardening, and patching across Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.

4. Monitor network performance, identify vulnerabilities, and execute incident response plans.

5. Plan and execute technology refreshes and upgrades for critical infrastructure.

6. Ensure data governance, compliance, and secure handling of sensitive information.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail operations and enterprise IT systems.

8. Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for network and security products.

9. Prepare documentation, reports, and ensure adherence to IT governance standards.

Required skills/experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.

2. Preferred certifications: ITIL, CISA, CISM, CISSP.

3. Minimum 8 years of IT operations experience, with strong knowledge of:

   • Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, COBIT)

   • Enterprise architecture and IT governance

4. Proven experience in:

   • IT security compliance and operations

   • Cybersecurity implementation and system hardening

   • Managing network infrastructure and data centers
