Job summary

A jewellery retail company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail, with strong knowledge of gems and POS systems. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring attractive displays, and preparing sales reports. Flexibility for 5.5 workdays a week, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in jewellery or luxury retail for at least 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certification (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in POS systems, basic computer applications and English knowledge.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock audits

  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Provide personalized service to customers and handle high-value transactions

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff

  • Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards

  • Monitor product movement and suggest replenishment or promotions

  • Coordinate with head office or suppliers for new collections and displays

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in jewellery or luxury retail for at least 3 years

  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certification (Mandatory)
