Job summary
A leading staffing service in Singapore is seeking a managerial candidate for the food service industry. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates will have previous management experience, preferably in quick-service restaurants or hospitality. This role offers an opportunity to lead, train team members, and enhance service quality in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong management skills with previous experience preferred.
- Experience in quick-service restaurants or hospitality is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations and scheduling.
- Ensure food compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service to meet quality standards.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
- Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
Skills
Education
- Manage daily business, labour scheduling
- Ensure food is prepared in compliance with all health and safety regulations and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) to meet standards
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and crew members
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimize waste
- Monitor food safety and production procedures during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent is generally expected
- Previous management experience is frequently preferred
- Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable
