Looking for an experienced technical lead with Java Full-Stack experience and hands-on Python development experience. The candidate should have Confluent Kafka-based real-time application integration experience. Experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, AWS ECR/ECS, and AWS EKS is required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Requirements analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and preparing technical designs based on these requirements.
2. Ensuring the design follows architecture, design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
3. Guiding the engineering team on adherence to design and development standards and processes.
