Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and cultivate assigned markets. The role involves achieving distributor targets, managing product profitability, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Business and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with occasional overseas travel required. This position offers a competitive salary and work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience in related industry preferred.
• Occasional overseas travelling is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for distributor targets in the appointed markets and products.
• Develop and cultivate the markets that you are responsible for.
• Understand the marketplace; competitors' products, pricing and sales strategies.
• Responsible for the products' profitability (sales and inventory).
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging.
• Achieve targeted business share by product categories.
• Build brand equity through effective management of marketing activities.
• Perform Inventory, Sales and Purchase management.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities for overseas market.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
