A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Account Manager to define and execute a regional sales strategy in Singapore. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving growth while expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly within the fire industry, and possess strong skills in regional and channel management. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performance sales team and collaborate across functions.
Regional Sales Strategy: Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
Revenue Delivery: Achieve and exceed budgeted regional revenue targets.
Growth & Expansion: Drive growth in existing markets while expanding into new territories and industry verticals.
Channel Optimisation: Build and scale effective distributor, partner, OEM, and direct sales channels across APAC.
Leadership & Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and success, while growing the team in line with regional expansion.
Customer & Market Insight: Use market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure regional alignment and execution.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regional safety standards and regulatory requirements across APAC.
Degree in Business / Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in Sales
Experience in Fire Industry
Strong Regional and Channel Management experience
