Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Develop account plans and sales strategies to win new and expand existing business
- Grow and retain customer relationships to drive long-term revenue and strategic positioning
- Own account management end-to-end, including solution delivery, service management, and revenue recognition
- Drive growth and profitability within assigned market segments through value-added initiatives
- Build strong senior-level customer relationships and collaborate internally to achieve regional targets
Requirements
- Degree in Business with 10+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably Managed Services and/or Cybersecurity
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts and driving growth in flexible environments
- Strong ability to build executive-level relationships and operate as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated leadership with excellent influencing, negotiation, and strategic presentation skills
- Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
