A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead regional sales strategy and revenue delivery. The candidate will drive growth in existing markets while expanding into new territories and build effective sales channels across APAC. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of sales experience in the fire industry, with strong regional and channel management skills. Regional Sales Strategy: Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
Revenue Delivery: Achieve and exceed budgeted regional revenue targets.
Growth & Expansion: Drive growth in existing markets while expanding into new territories and industry verticals.
Channel Optimisation: Build and scale effective distributor, partner, OEM, and direct sales channels across APAC.
Leadership & Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and success, while growing the team in line with regional expansion.
Customer & Market Insight: Use market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure regional alignment and execution.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regional safety standards and regulatory requirements across APAC.
Degree in Business / Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in Sales
Experience in Fire Industry
Strong Regional and Channel Management experience
