A leading sportswear brand based in Singapore is seeking a Retail District Manager to lead and inspire store teams. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in the retail sector and demonstrate strong retail acumen along with excellent relationship management skills. This role involves developing strategic plans for store performance while working collaboratively with various departments. The position requires a commitment to high-profile communication and the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
We are in search of a leader with a sharp business acumen, an eye for detail and who loves coaching others. We need someone who has inspiring energy, with a passion for people and sport, and transforming the marketplace. We are looking for an individual with a keen understanding to spot growth opportunities in Retail, demonstrating an agility to learn amidst a complex retail environment, and a commitment to develop talent.
You will report directly to the Stores Director, Nike Direct Stores Southeast Asia and India; collaborate with teammates spanning Merchandising, Planning, Retail Marketing, Partner Directors, Real Estate, Store Construction, Retail Operation and Nike Athlete Experience Team. Work with stakeholders across SEA&I territory, Asia Pacific and Latin America geography.
