Job summary

A corporate gift supplier in Singapore is seeking a Product & Sourcing Executive to support product development and sourcing activities. The successful candidate will handle supplier communication, prepare costing sheets, and maintain data accuracy. Requirements include a diploma in a relevant field and 1–3 years' experience in purchasing or supply chain. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits including performance bonuses and annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Basic exposure to supplier coordination, preferably with China or regional suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product and sourcing team in corporate gift product development.
  • Assist in supplier communication and coordination with suppliers in Singapore, China, and regional markets.
  • Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and product information for client proposals.
  • Track sample development, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supplier data in internal systems.
  • Support quality checks, product documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams.
  • Assist in sourcing new products and suppliers.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product and sourcing team in corporate gift product development, from initial sourcing to order execution.
  • Assist in supplier communication and coordination, primarily with suppliers in Singapore, China, and regional markets.
  • Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and product information for internal use and client proposals.
  • Track sample development, production timelines, and delivery schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supplier data in internal systems and catalogues.
  • Support quality checks, product documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
  • Assist in sourcing new products and suppliers under guidance from senior team members.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising, or related disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain.
  • Basic exposure to supplier coordination, preferably with China or regional suppliers.

  • Occasional traveling may be required.
