A financial services organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to assist in administering the Balanced Scorecard framework and support compliance duties. Responsibilities include monitoring sales processes, conducting client surveys, and identifying compliance issues. Qualificações
At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role in a financial institution or similar.
Preferably with experience in dealing with Distribution functions.
Basic knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry.

Prepare and conduct Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework review for each measurement quarter.
Perform client call surveys, sending of client survey forms and review of returned forms.
Identify issues and classify infractions according to the 4 non-sales KPIs.
Conduct checks as first reviewer on mystery shopping cases.
Work with respective stakeholders to enhance the sales advisory process.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as directed.

The role of the Senior Executive reports to Lead, Sales Assurance. You are required to support the Lead in administering the Balanced Scorecard framework and tasks as assigned.
