Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute campaigns that enhance tenant engagement. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or commercial properties, and possesses strong project management and communication skills. This position offers a salary ranging from $3,000 to $4,200.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in retail or commercial property industry.
- Ability to handle campaigns, social media, and events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Develop content for digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Education
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive footfall and enhance tenant engagement.
- Develop content for digital and offline channels, including social media, newsletters, and mall signage.
- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate campaigns and activations.

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in retail or commercial property industry.
- Good project management skills; able to handle campaigns, social media, and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, vendors, and teams.
