A leading fit-out management company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Senior Project Executive/Assistant Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of commercial office fit-out projects. The successful candidate will coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
  • Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination or project execution, preferably in commercial office fit-outs.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
