Job summary
A leading travel technology firm is seeking a Commercial Development Senior Manager in Singapore. This role involves driving commercial performance in Operator territories, managing key relationships, and ensuring alignment of Annual Business Plans with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build customer relationships. Understanding of the APAC markets, particularly Korea and Japan, is advantageous. This positioning offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong sales acumen with proven results.
- Experience in creating P&Ls to assess business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship management with lasting customer ties.
- Track record of achievement against targets.
- Experience with multicultural customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key Operator stakeholders.
- Align Annual Business Plans with company objectives.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews for performance tracking.
- Ensure a robust sales pipeline and conduct monthly reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities within Operator territories.
