Job summary

A leading professional cleaning solutions company in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. This role involves developing key accounts, leading a sales team, and managing customer contracts. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a valid Class 3 driving license. The attractive salary package goes up to $6,500, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

📍 Location: East

🕒 Work Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm); Saturday (8.30am - 2.30pm) (1 shift every 4 weeks)

💰 Salary: Up to $6,500

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors (cafes, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors, hotels, etc.).
  • Develop new markets and key accounts through proactive prospecting and strong customer relationships.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including training, motivation, and performance management.
  • Manage contracts and customer service, including negotiations, renewals, urgent deliveries, and resolving complaints.
  • Monitor market trends and provide sales reporting, while supporting company initiatives and attending industry events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sector.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses a Class 3 driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
