Job summary
A leading restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Management Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role involves assisting in strategic planning, managing operational functions, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate will support HR functions, handle budgeting and cost control, and ensure compliance with regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist management in planning and implementing company strategies.
- Manage administrative and operational functions.
- Monitor company performance and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of projects.
- Support HR functions such as staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with vendors and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Handle budgeting and resource allocation.
- Support business development and operational expansion.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
