A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking an Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations. Responsibilities include managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, developing health and safety policies, and conducting site inspections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, certifications in WSHO and Fire Safety Manager, and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. This role offers a salary of up to $8000 plus bonuses.

Establish and maintain the company’s Environmental Management System (EMS) and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) framework in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 systems within the organization.
Maintain international standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including audits and certification.
Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, SOPs, emergency response plans, fire safety plans, and work-method statements.
Ensure adherence to Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act, NEA, SCDF, and related regulations.
Oversee the handling, storage, disposal, and reporting of hazardous materials and waste, ensuring environmental compliance where applicable
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, maintain records, and generate reports for management and compliance purposes.
Review incident trends, recommend corrective actions, and update EHS systems and processes accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or other relevant fields.
Certified in WSHO (Workplace Safety and Health Officer) and Fire Safety Manager.
6 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, subsidiary regulations, Codes of Practice, SCDF fire safety requirements, and NEA environmental regulations.
Hands‑on experience managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
