My Client is a growing construction company seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations for both head office and site staff. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, work pass administration, payroll support, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations.
You will play a key role in maintaining smooth manpower operations and supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Managework pass applications, renewals, and cancellations(Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) viaMOM portal (EP Online / WP Online).
- Coordinate manpower deployment for various sites in compliance withMOM quota requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll data; support monthly payroll processing andCPF, IRAS, and statutory submissions.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and ensure proper filing of personnel documents.
- Handle employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues with professionalism.
- Coordinate with Safety Department for worker induction, training, and compliance documentation.
- Organize staff welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree inHuman Resource Management,Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum3 years of HR experience, preferably in theconstruction or engineering sector.
- Knowledge ofEmployment Act,Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA), andMOM regulations.
- Experience usingWP Online / EP Online,CPF, andIRAS submissions.
- Proficient inMS Officeand HR software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and handle site-based workforce matters.
