Zusammenfassung
A financial technology company in Singapore is seeking a technical leader for Payments and Cards platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering focused on the payments domain, particularly with card processing and security standards. Key responsibilities include managing the technical delivery, system design, and compliance with industry regulations. Strong skills in Java, Microservices, and stakeholder management are essential for this influential role.
Qualifikationen
- 10 years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to Payments / Cards domain.
- 9 years of experience with card processing systems, payment gateways, and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience with ISO 8583 messaging, transaction routing, reconciliation, and settlement.
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Payments & Cards platforms.
- Drive architecture for high-availability, low-latency, and secure payment systems.
- Manage technical roadmaps, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Payments & Cards platforms (Card Issuance, Acquiring, Switching, Authorization).

Own system design, development, and integration with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, NPCI) and third-party partners.

Drive architecture for high-availability, low-latency, and secure payment systems.

Collaborate with Product, Business, Compliance, and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, regulatory standards, and security best practices.

Manage technical roadmaps, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to engineering teams.

Handle production issues, incident management, and performance tuning.

10 years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to Payments / Cards domain.

9 years of experience with card processing systems, payment gateways, and transaction lifecycle.

Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

Experience with ISO 8583 messaging, transaction routing, reconciliation, and settlement.

Solid understanding of PCI-DSS, security, encryption, and fraud controls.

Experience with databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka/JMS).

Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
