Job Summary

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant level industrial or applied R&D experience.
• Experience working in cross functional project teams in a complex, international and multicultural environment.
• Responsible for the development and execution of the commercialization of the tech application from POC to Industrial Roll-out for the Client's detection unit.
• Develop integrated project plans for assigned project(s) with other client's colleagues from the Marker, Reader and Blockchain teams.
• To study and understand material(s) characteristics & processing methods/systems across various industries/companies.
• Be involved in all aspects of the projects, from R&D, process engineering, scale up to production, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Responsible for planning, executing and documenting all R&D experiments and tests.
• Co-ordinating experimental activities with subcontractors and clients.
• Writing professional documents for clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Preparing demonstrations to showcase tech applications on demand to stakeholders and potential clients.
• Development of quick POC to showcase solutions for concept demos.
• And any other task or duty which client may request.
