Finance Executive [Ups to $4200]

Job Scope

• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month‑end closing.
• Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
• Handling tax computations and submitting GST returns in line with statutory regulations.
• Supporting external and internal audits, including the preparation of necessary documentation and responses.
• Working with cross‑functional teams to support new business initiatives and provide finance‑related advice.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficiencies within the finance function.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ACMA.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST.
