Job summary

A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Claims Estimator with 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for damage, liaising with insurance providers, and communicating with customers about repairs. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems. A Singapore Class 3 Driving licence is preferred. Qualifications

  • Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to provide detailed and accurate repair estimates
  • Liaise with insurance providers to obtain approvals and manage the claims process
  • Communicate with customers to explain repair requirements and timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of all repair estimates and claims activities
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs
  • Oversee vehicle checking for body and paintwork during the repair process in a timely manner
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the motor claims department.
  • Monitor the development of every claim and policy and ensure adherence to legal requirements, industry regulations, and customer quality standards set by the company.
  • To manage and control stocks in the store
  • QC the Vehicle before releasing it back to the customer
Requirements
  • Min 3 -5 years' experience as a Claims Estimator or preferably in the Automotive industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using estimation software and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Possess with Singapore Class 3 Driving licence preferably
