Job Description & Requirements

Customer Relations Officer (PRO) / Assistant Customer Relations Officers (APRO) should possess the knowledge and ability to ensure the effective management of public relation issues and addressing general project queries from residents with tact and patience.

CROs/ACROs are responsible for the maintenance of good relations and rapport between residents and other relevant parties through effective communication in English and one other official language.

Your job will include:
  • Attending to residents' feedback, queries, requests, and complaints with tact and patience.
  • Preparing administrative reports for key indicators such as units completion, water testing, residents' choice/changes, etc.
  • Preparing work schedules and documentations
  • Arranging of water tests
  • Setting up organized systems for filing and HIP programmes.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors on residents' requirements and changes to ensure the punctual completion of units.
  • Liaising with and between HDB, Residents' Commitees (RCs), and Town Councils.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate
  • One year of clerical work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and one other official language
