• Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications.
• Planned and coordinated timely execution of works within flats, ensuring smooth project operations among residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB. Proactively addressed complaints stemming from construction activities.
• Managed inquiries, feedback, and project-related complaints, following up with appropriate actions for resolution.
