Role: Senior Associate [ Manager ] x 2

Industry: Media Marketing Agency [ Malaysian & Singapore ]

Working Hours: 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm, 1 Day WFH

Office Location: Genting Lane [ Between Mattar & Farrer Park MRT ]

Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 [ No AWS / VB ]

Requirements:
  • At least 4-6 years of management experiences in marketing agency or related business in Public Relations, Media or Studio Management.
  • Ideal candidates must familiar with all aspects from Team Management, Client Management, Brands Communications, Public Relations, Peer Fellowship and Business Management.
Job Scopes:
Client / Account Management:
  • Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Excel) and with regard to client and agency needs / expectations.
  • Manage contract deliverables, account schedule and budget and ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion including change management.
  • Have a working knowledge of the workflows for media liaison, associates management tools
  • Guide teams on mitigating risks on projects / account
  • Enforce quality control processes in each project / account
  • Ability to manage Singapore & Malaysia clientele directly or with partner agency
Communication Management:
  • Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials / documentation when necessary.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient (e.g. team meetings, in-person visits, phone calls, email)
  • Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times; demonstrate good judgment during escalation process.
Internal Team Management:
  • Collaborate and coach key account associates to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget
  • Align Personal Goals / Values of Individuals and Company
  • Introduction to Public Relation and social media
  • Planning and organising at work and for account / project
  • Research and resource and network building
  • Working with the media and vendor partners
  • Work with extended internal team (Contracted associates, media monitoring agency, photographers, and partners) to ensure client expectations can be met.

  • Lead brand ambassador of the company, an exemplary role model for the team
  • Appropriately elevate and seek direction on conflicts or difficult people situations.
  • Strive to be a positive influence on peer group and cross-capability team.
Business Development Participation:
  • Evaluate and identify key strategic actions/tools kits to develop the team / company
  • Assist in strategic discussion/proposal with new clients (project basis / retainer)
  • Through good work and harvest leads for potential business growth
