  • Location: Toa Payoh
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.
  • Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works.
  • Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.
  • Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues.
  • Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support for site operations.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
