Job summary

A main contractor in Singapore is seeking a candidate to serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents. Location: Tai Seng

Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,000

Contract Duration: 9 Months (January 2026 – September 2026)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Industry: Main Contractor / Construction

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.
  • Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works.
  • Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.
  • Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues.
  • Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support for site operations.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
