• Provide overall leadership for business operations, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Hold full accountability for P& L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve both short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and additional revenue channels.
• Enhance operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture through mentoring and developing the leadership team.
• Champion agile, innovative initiatives aligned with a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong financial acumen with hands‑on P& L management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and optimize operations, particularly in dynamic or start‑up environments.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
