Your Key Responsibilities

This is a role where no two days are the same – so you’ll find yourself taking on plenty of new responsibilities as you go. You’ll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time between advising stakeholders, managing a team of professionals in the execution of projects, and supporting business development. If you’re flexible and ready to adapt to a constantly changing environment, there’s no better place to develop your skills. Since you’ll be working directly with clients, some travel will be required.

To Qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.
• Experience in Team and Stakeholder management as well as support in business development activities such as Proposal Development and Pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation. Facilitation of risk assessment workshops.
• Experience in developing risk management governance structure and ensure compliance across organizations diverse environment.
• Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult and develop remediation options and risk mitigation solutions.
• Understanding of reporting requirements.
• Practical experience and understanding of technology and business processes in providing related risk assurance and advisory considerations.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong project management skills including agile and design-thinking methods.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional, Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) etc. .
