We are seeking GenAI Security Analysts with keen interest in AI security and safety and the agility to thrive in today’s fast‑moving AI landscape. You will work closely with clients to clarify requirements, coordinate project implementation from kickoff to closing, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. You will also support the business in analyzing client GenAI use cases, orchestrate Vulcan assessments, and translate findings into clear executive insights. We are looking for candidates with one to three years of working experience, strong communication and coordination skills, sharp critical thinking skills, and fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clarify system/project requirements with clients and facilitate the project implementation process from kickoff to closing stage
  • Creating monthly and weekly plans for clients and Vulcan team, setting targets, and ensuring they meet the project goals, priority, and high‑level timeline
  • Building logical and detailed documentation for requirement analysis and project
  • Identify project risks and dependencies with the main goal to achieve client business objectives with the best resources provided
  • Provide user training plan and manage client onboarding to Vulcan before project go‑live
  • Provide first layer of communication with our existing clients when issues arise, and triage them to the right person‑in‑charge internally in maintenance stage
  • Comply with Vulcan product SLA and resolve client issues timely
  • Collect and analyze details on client’s GenAI use cases, threat & attack surface, and solution roadmap
  • Draft executive‑level report that highlight key insights, remediation recommendations and present findings to client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Research teams to relay client feedback and ensure Vulcan solutions and methodologies stay aligned with market needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical ideas into clear, accessible language for varied audiences
  • Engaging presentation abilities to captivate and motivate potential clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean or Mandarin with strong interpersonal capabilities and client-facing experience preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with mentorship
  • Critical thinker who focuses on addressing the core of a problem using first‑principles reasoning
Nice to Have
  • Technical literacy and software engineering skills
  • Exposure to technology startup or consulting
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM, ISO 42001
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Korean is preferred
  • Experience in client onboarding or implementation projects would be a plus
