• Senior Civil and Structural Engineer (C&S) x Evergreen Position
• Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK , site based, discuss during interview
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm, allowance given if work OT
• Salary is $5,000 - $7,000 + 14 AL + Variable Bonus

Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas, new project location to be confirmed. [ Main Contractor ]

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or building construction related background
• At least 5 years experience in C&S trade in building construction
• Experience in high-rise commercial building / mixed development/ semiconductor factory / healthcare building project is preferred.
• Familiar with BIM and regulations in accordance with the Professional Engineers Act; Resident Engineer Accreditation; Resident Technical Engineer Accreditation; Building Control Act; Fire Safety Act & Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act

Job Scopes

1. The Senior Civil and Structural Engineer drives the overall execution of projects based on project requirements.
2. Reviews designs, specifications, calculations, and other submittals, and oversees the project assessment phases.
3. Ensures the designs and models developed are in accordance with project requirements.
4. Leads the tendering processes and manages a team of engineers and ensures continuous performance improvement.
5. Perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with the Building Control Act.
6. Adept in civil and structural practices and is skilled in project management.
7. Required to work both in the office [ Expo MRT ] and at project sites [ TBC ].
