Business Development – Global Payments (Pay/Card)

• Define the business roadmap for payment and card products
• Manage programs end-to-end with cross-functional and external teams
• Negotiate commercial contracts with payment partners/vendors
• Provide global account management and support to grow partner performance
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Analyze industry trends and propose product enhancements based on data

• 7+ years of experience in payments/fintech
• In-depth knowledge of card networks, PSPs, and digital payment infrastructures
• Background in partnerships, business development, or project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently and quickly in a fast-paced, global team
