Deputy Director - FI & MM (SAP S/4HANA/ ERP/ Attractive Bonus/ Permanent Role)
Responsibility
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation on RISE.
  • Manage project planning, execution, risks, costs, and milestones in partnership with the System Integrator.
  • Lead Steering and Working Committees and report progress to senior management and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Coordinate technical and functional workstreams across IT, architecture, security, and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and Clean Core principles.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing and timely achievement of project phase entry/exit criteria.
  • Incorporates lessons learnt and best practices from past projects to continuously improve the S/4HANA implementation approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learnt and support business change management.
Requirement
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant IT project experience, at least 8 years in senior management and project leadership roles, leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE, Business Technology Platform (BTP), Joule, and the broader SAP Business Suite, including technical architecture.
  • Extensive implementation and operational experience in financial systems such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PS, QM, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; certification is an advantage.
