A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to oversee ACMV / HVAC projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC works, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD. Responsibilities include leading project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing costs. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Basic salary up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance (to be discussed during interview) + Performance Bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (5-day work week)

AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to manage and support ACMV / HVAC projects from planning through execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in project coordination, technical leadership, cost control, and site management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Lead and manage project engineering activities for ACMV / HVAC systems
Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and management aspects of projects
Supervise, lead, and communicate effectively with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors
Control and monitor material and labour costs
Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor overall project progress
Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders, including consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities, to ensure successful project implementation
Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations
Schedule daily construction activities and define preferred construction methodologies
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation
Monitor and report project progress, issues, and performance to management
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3 years of hands‑on experience in ACMV / HVAC works
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drawing applications
