Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and engineers, attending meetings to keep all parties informed of project progress.
Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and maintain high quality standards throughout project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare necessary submissions to authorities and work towards obtaining project Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CS).
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent, providing a strong technical foundation for construction project management.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least one complete HDB main‑contractor project, demonstrating expertise in managing complex projects.
Specialization: Background in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering, with deep understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with proven capacity to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
