The Senior Sales & Project Engineering Manager will lead business development and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and adherence to ISO quality standards. This role combines technical, commercial, and leadership responsibilities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy, business development, and key account management.
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring project profitability and margin performance.
  • Oversee projects from contract award to completion, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and manage risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales, project, and engineering teams.
  • Act as senior escalation point for customers and complex projects.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, quality, and operational performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, or engineering services.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and project management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project margins and P&L.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, precision machining, or regulated industrial systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
