Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!

Join an established construction company where you'll manage complex projects including HDB developments. What you'll be doing?

Strategic Planning: Prepare comprehensive master construction programs, resolve drawing discrepancies, and collaborate with technical teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Subcontractor Management: Effectively manage subcontractors, plan site works, schedule programs, and forecast resource requirements while minimizing wastage.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and engineers, attending meetings to keep all parties informed of project progress.

Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and maintain high quality standards throughout project execution.

Regulatory Compliance: Prepare necessary submissions to authorities and work towards obtaining project Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CS).
