About the Role

We are looking for a Business Strategy & Execution Executive to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
This role is a rebranded, modern take on project management — combining strategic thinking with strong execution discipline. You will work closely with leadership to translate priorities into structured projects, track progress, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and making sure plans actually get done, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate business priorities and strategic goals into clear, executable projects
  • Plan and manage initiatives with defined scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple initiatives
  • Prepare clear updates, reports, and dashboards for management review
  • Ensure accountability and follow-through across stakeholders
  • Identify execution gaps or bottlenecks and drive resolution
  • Support continuous improvement of project workflows and execution frameworks
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without losing detail
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities

  • Clear and confident communicator across teams and management

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong project, operations, or coordination exposure are welcome.

  • Exposure to project management, PMO, or operations roles
  • Experience using project tracking tools (e.g. spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar)
  • Understanding of KPIs, OKRs, or performance tracking frameworks
  • Experience working across multiple departments or initiatives
