About the Role

My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support a key project related to the closure of the Singapore Turf Club (STC) and the Singapore Racecourse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support multiple workstreams leading to the closure of STC, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Manage vendors and consultants, including site inspections and visits at the Singapore Racecourse grounds.
  • Support procurement and vendor selection activities for various project workstreams.
  • Lead the records keeping and archival workstream, collaborating with relevant agencies on records acquisition and transfer.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Policies & Procedures and Guidelines for various project workstreams.
  • Provide administrative and project management support, including filing, tracking vendor payments, billing, budgets, and monitoring project timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, record meeting notes, and monitor key follow-ups.
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc project-related workstreams as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferably experienced in public sector procurement, including tender management, bid evaluations, and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven team player with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work on weekends when required.
  • Preferably experienced in management of physical assets.
  • Preferably experienced in project management.
  • Interest or prior experience in the arts and heritage sector is a plus.
