The Enterprise Solution Senior Project Engineer is responsible for working with our highly specialized Enterprise Solutions team of 100 employees across the world. Enterprise Solutions provides start-to-finish solutions for bioprocessing facilities designed to customer specification. Enterprise Solutions supports and supplies a customized biopharmaceutical manufacturing process operation from planning to plant start-up, providing customers the ability to manufacture biologics such as insulin, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), plasma, and vaccines.

This position reports to the Director, ES Asia Program Management and is part of the Enterprise Solution team working remotely to cover projects in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

What you will do:

• Assist the Enterprise Solutions Project Manager, or stand-in as Project Manager, with project activities per company policies and procedures and work instructions, ensuring project execution adheres to the project plans.
• Prepare site activities schedule, pre-planning, resource allocation and other technical activities for site execution.
• Effectively schedule project management resourcing from equipment delivery to onsite execution activities.
• Support site readiness discussions/issues between CYTIVA, Customer and EPCMV organization representatives.

Who you are:

• Have obtained a BSc degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent (defined as a BSc degree and 5-8 years relevant work experience).
• Min 5 years relevant project engineering or project management experience.
• Good understanding of Good Documentation Practices, cGMP and FDA guidelines required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or any project management tools.
