Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to manage project activities from conception to completion. The role includes coordinating between sites, ensuring compliance with standards, and interacting with clients. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil/Building/Construction, at least 1 year experience in related fields, and good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a Class 3 Driving License is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
• Knowledge of HDB precast construction practices and erection sequence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor compliance with QA/QC policies and performance standards.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs.
