MCF is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact initiatives for our clients and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep expertise in project management methodologies and a strong consulting mindset. The successful candidate will excel at managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, driving execution excellence, and ensuring alignment with business and transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex client and internal projects, ensuring alignment with MCF’s strategic and delivery standards.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in close collaboration with clients, sponsors, and senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource plans, budgets, and dependency management.

  • Manage project financials, including budgets of USD 1M+; ensure cost control and value realization.

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.

  • Ensure adherence to MCF’s project management frameworks, quality standards, and delivery best practices.

  • Mentor and coach junior project managers, consultants, and delivery team members.

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices across engagements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, hybrid models).

  • Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with budgets of USD 1M or more.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

  • High analytical ability with a structured, problem-solving mindset.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or financial services environments.

  • Strong understanding of risk management, quality assurance, and governance frameworks.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to client industries.

  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional and multi-geography teams.
